Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Lead the architecture and optimization of AI systems to ensure high scalability and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to solve complex, unstructured problems in the 2026 tech stack.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and fairness in all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Fluency in English and a passion for the future of technology.
