Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML models tailored for high-throughput environments.
- Lead the architecture of next-generation generative AI systems with a focus on safety and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and integrate cutting-edge advancements.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency on edge and cloud devices.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and RAG architectures.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
