We are seeking a hybrid of a research scientist and a production engineer. You will be responsible for taking cutting-edge research concepts and turning them into robust, real-world applications that millions of users will interact with daily.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using Python and modern frameworks.
- Optimize inference pipelines and model architectures to ensure sub-millisecond latency for real-time AI agents.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model serving and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, product managers, and designers to define product roadmaps.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility, scalability, and automated testing.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, specifically in Generative AI, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying ML models at scale.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Vector Databases, and RAG architectures.
- Deep understanding of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow, AWS SageMaker/GCP AI).
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Dask) and GPU acceleration.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
