As part of our Future Tech Division, you will be responsible for architecting next-generation neural networks and Large Language Models (LLMs) that will power the autonomous systems of tomorrow. This is not a role for the faint of heart; it is for engineers who thrive on complexity and possess a vision for a smarter future.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning applications.
- Model Optimization: Push the boundaries of model efficiency and inference speed to meet the demands of real-time applications.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to solve unsolved problems in autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product designers to integrate AI into seamless user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of models to production environments using containerization and cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- AI Expertise: Proven experience building, training, and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformers.
- Mathematical Foundation: Strong grasp of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research roles.
- Cloud Skills: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (especially SageMaker/AI Platform).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, open-ended engineering challenges.
