Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for the 2026 Initiative.
- Lead the design of novel neural architectures to improve inference speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to hybridize classical and quantum models.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to ensure production-grade reliability.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and production deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
