Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define the high-level system architecture for the Project 2026 decentralized network, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Protocol Development: Oversee the development of core AI logic protocols, focusing on natural language processing (NLP) and predictive modeling.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive neural network data and user privacy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically within high-scale distributed systems or AI/ML environments.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Rust, Python, and modern cloud architectures (Kubernetes, AWS). Experience with blockchain or decentralized protocols is a significant plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
