Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI and quantum computing architectures that solve complex, real-world problems.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in developing next-generation neural networks.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for high-performance computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
