Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance AI models and quantum algorithms designed for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Define technical roadmaps and stay ahead of emerging trends in neural networks and quantum processing.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly features.
- Optimize existing codebases to improve processing speed and reduce latency in distributed environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and large language models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment.
