Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define the architectural roadmap for AI and quantum integration, specifically targeting milestones for the year 2026.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems that leverage the power of quantum algorithms and deep learning.
- R&D Leadership: Guide a team of engineers and researchers in exploring new frontiers in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and predictive modeling.
- Optimization: Optimize existing neural networks to run efficiently on hybrid classical-quantum hardware environments.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and safety protocols.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Quantum Knowledge: Practical experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) or understanding of quantum gate operations.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, multi-variable problems and think creatively about system scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
