Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design for the 2026 product suite, ensuring seamless integration of AI and quantum-ready frameworks.
- Define technical standards and best practices for high-performance computing and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex roadmaps into robust engineering solutions.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Oversee system performance optimization and ensure 99.99% uptime across all global clusters.
- Conduct risk assessments and architectural reviews to mitigate potential scalability bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, and leading high-impact technical teams.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and hardware interfaces is highly preferred.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex systems on time.
