Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing systems.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with 2026 business goals.
- Collaborate with data scientists and quantum physicists to translate theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and strict adherence to AI ethics and compliance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest quality engineering standards.
- Optimize algorithms for extreme edge cases and massive data throughput.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing principles and classical computing architectures.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is preferred.
