Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time neural data.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the transition from classical ML models to hybrid Quantum-Classical algorithms for optimization problems.
- Research Leadership: Guide a team of top-tier ML engineers and data scientists in exploring emergent AI behaviors and AGI pathways.
- Algorithm Optimization: Push the boundaries of inference speed and model efficiency for edge computing devices in 2026 environments.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for our AI product suite, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and hardware engineers to integrate AI models directly into next-gen silicon.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in Deep Learning and AI architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- System Design: Demonstrated ability to design large-scale distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Innovation: A proven track record of publishing research papers or patents in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
- Leadership: Experience mentoring high-performing engineering teams and conducting technical code reviews.
