Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design and deploy scalable deep learning models integrated with quantum hardware for unprecedented processing power.
- Quantum Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize quantum algorithms for specific business applications to reduce computational complexity.
- Model Training & Fine-tuning: Lead the training of large language models (LLMs) tailored for high-stakes enterprise environments.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI agents into legacy systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and security.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Quantum Computing or advanced neural architecture search.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically with AI-optimized services.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving high-complexity engineering problems in a fast-paced environment.
