Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of next-generation AI architectures integrated with quantum processing units (QPUs).
- Roadmap Strategy: Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and quantum computing to maintain a competitive edge.
- System Optimization: Optimize large-scale data pipelines and machine learning models to ensure high performance and low latency in distributed environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
- R&D Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and prototyping cutting-edge algorithms and hardware-software integration techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or computational research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA; hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- AI Expertise: Strong background in classical ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience deploying models in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and devise innovative engineering solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
