Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Strategy: Define and implement high-level system architectures integrating AI models with quantum processing units (QPUs).
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to optimize quantum algorithms for practical AI applications (Quantum Machine Learning).
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of quantum hardware with cloud infrastructure and classical data pipelines.
- Talent Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performing team of quantum engineers and data scientists.
- Prototyping: Design and prototype experimental interfaces for future 2026 tech stacks, including neural interfaces and holographic data visualization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Computational Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; familiarity with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve high-complexity problems involving massive data sets and non-linear system dynamics.
- Future-Proof Vision: A deep understanding of emerging trends in AI, blockchain, and quantum security for the 2026 landscape.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to navigating ambiguity.
