Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced AI architectures specifically tailored for quantum environments and hybrid classical-quantum workflows.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in researching and implementing the 2026-ready technology stack.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap for the organization's integration of post-silicon computing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and ethical AI protocols in high-stakes computational environments.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and development, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or high-performance computing.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles and frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in fast-paced, innovative environments.
- Expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and edge computing architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical leadership.
