Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures specifically tailored for the integration of quantum computing primitives into classical workflows.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and long-term vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with industry trends leading up to 2026.
- Model Optimization: Optimize deep learning models for edge computing environments and heterogeneous hardware systems, maximizing performance and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate complex quantum algorithms into deployable software solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Establish best-in-class security protocols for AI systems, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance in a decentralized future.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Information Science.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++. Demonstrated experience working with quantum simulators or quantum hardware APIs (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.) is highly preferred.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Future-Proof Mindset: A demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
