Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI models and quantum algorithms.
- Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product release cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into legacy systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in machine learning.
- Research and prototype new methodologies in generative AI and neural interfaces.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to AI.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
