Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core infrastructure for our next-generation AI and quantum computing platforms.
- R&D Innovation: Lead research initiatives focused on optimizing machine learning algorithms for quantum processors.
- System Integration: Integrate disparate AI models into a cohesive, high-performance system capable of real-time decision making.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CTO to define the long-term roadmap for our AI ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with Qiskit or similar quantum SDKs is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
