Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation neural network models optimized for quantum hardware environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating bio-feedback loops into our AI core infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific concepts into robust software solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the engineering team.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance optimization to ensure system scalability and latency efficiency.
- Research emerging trends in Generative AI and Quantum Machine Learning to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/Quantum Computing.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and software architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with hands-on experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
