Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant quantum algorithms integrated with classical machine learning frameworks.
- System Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize model inference speeds on hybrid quantum-classical processors and cloud environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with specific exposure to quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
