Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines designed to support enterprise growth through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core business workflows, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee the development of MLOps infrastructure to ensure continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring of AI models.
- Define ethical AI guidelines and data governance frameworks to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI requirements into robust technical specifications.
- Conduct research into emerging AI trends (e.g., Agentic AI, Multimodal Learning) to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native ML architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
