Responsibilities
- Architect and train proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise applications.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Deep Reinforcement Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Engineering) to translate theoretical models into production-ready software.
- Optimize model inference for edge devices and massive cloud-scale deployments.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI Research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and generative models.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) is highly preferred.
