Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the development of scalable, high-performance AI models tailored for the 2026 technology landscape.
- R&D Strategy: Conduct deep research into emerging technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) and quantum algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Prototype Deployment: Translate theoretical models into production-ready code, ensuring robustness and security.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
