Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms focused on 2026-era capabilities.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust AI infrastructure that can handle massive data streams and real-time processing requirements.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex research into deployable products.
- Publish and Mentor: Contribute to the academic and industrial community by publishing papers and mentoring junior engineers and data scientists.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Develop and enforce guidelines to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and compliant with evolving regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and experience with large language models (LLMs) or generative AI.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL; strong algorithms and data structures knowledge.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI research or applied machine learning roles.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
