Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the design and implementation of advanced Machine Learning models, focusing on scalability and efficiency for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Translate complex research findings into production-ready code, optimizing model inference speed and reducing latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI division.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Data Engineering, and UX Design to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and maintain rigorous coding standards and architectural guidelines to ensure code quality and system stability.
- Publishing: Contribute to the open-source community and publish research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) to establish thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, with deep experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Algorithms: Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures, with specific expertise in Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, GNNs, RNNs).
- Deployment: Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
