Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced neural networks and machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to bridge classical AI and quantum mechanics.
- Research and implement novel approaches in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for data science pipelines and model deployment.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency, high-volume environments in edge computing scenarios.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data visualization, and big data technologies.
