The Role:
We are looking for a technical leader who is not just proficient in current technologies but is already looking toward the horizon. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our AI model research, from data curation to deployment at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in large language models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI architectures.
- Design and optimize neural network architectures to improve inference speed and accuracy.
- Curate high-quality datasets and implement rigorous evaluation metrics for model performance.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research findings into scalable, production-ready software.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding the evolution of AI agents and autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems and GPU optimization.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences or contributing to open-source projects.
- Experience with fine-tuning pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama).
