Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development of advanced Agentic AI architectures designed to operate autonomously in complex, dynamic environments.
- Model Optimization: Architect and train large-scale language models (LLMs) and diffusion models, focusing on inference speed, energy efficiency, and hallucination reduction for the 2026 standard.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring we stay ahead of industry benchmarks.
- Prototype Development: Build and deploy high-fidelity prototypes of autonomous systems that can integrate seamlessly with legacy enterprise infrastructure.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish safety protocols and alignment frameworks to ensure AI autonomy adheres to strict ethical and regulatory standards.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the research division.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI research, with a proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with Reinforcement Learning (RLHF) and Constitutional AI methods.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps pipelines, and high-performance computing clusters.
- Agentic AI: Demonstrated experience in designing multi-agent systems and workflow automation frameworks.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
