Responsibilities
- Lead Research Projects: Spearhead the development and optimization of proprietary AI models focusing on reasoning, efficiency, and multimodal capabilities.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the transition from research prototypes to production-grade APIs and inference engines.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the 2026 squad.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to define technical roadmaps.
- Publication: Contribute to high-impact academic papers and industry conferences to establish thought leadership in the AI community.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize model latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Cloud Skills: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
