You will work closely with our executive leadership to map out the AI landscape for the next few years, turning ambitious concepts into scalable reality.
In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of brilliant minds, push the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI, and ensure our proprietary algorithms set the standard for the market by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Direct the research and development of advanced machine learning algorithms focused on scalability and efficiency for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Strategic Visioning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define the technical vision and long-term strategy for Aether Dynamics' AI capabilities.
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and optimize complex deep learning models, including transformers and diffusion models, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Publishing & Thought Leadership: Author high-impact research papers and contribute to leading AI conferences to establish Aether Dynamics as a thought leader.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready code and user-centric features.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and biases in AI models, implementing robust mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in machine learning research and development.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) or patents in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
