Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure that can handle petabyte-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or applied engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.) or open-source contributions.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and data pipelines.
