Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and train state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for enterprise scalability and reasoning capabilities.
- Optimize Performance: Implement advanced quantization and distillation techniques to ensure high-performance inference in real-time environments.
- Research Leadership: Lead internal research initiatives in Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and multimodal learning.
- Collaborative Engineering: Partner with software engineers to seamlessly integrate complex AI models into robust product ecosystems.
- Ethical AI: Establish rigorous frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and alignment to ensure responsible deployment.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Core Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Infrastructure: Experience with distributed training strategies, high-performance computing clusters (HPC), and cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Publications: A history of publishing research papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or significant contributions to open-source ML projects.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
