Responsibilities
- Research & Development: Spearhead the design, training, and optimization of advanced Generative AI models, including LLMs, Diffusion models, and multimodal architectures.
- Model Optimization: Implement cutting-edge techniques for inference acceleration, quantization, and fine-tuning to ensure models run efficiently at scale.
- Publication & Thought Leadership: Author high-impact research papers and contribute to leading AI conferences and journals to establish Nexus Future Labs as a market leader.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to translate complex research into user-centric AI products.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation strategies, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in research or applied machine learning, specifically within the Generative AI domain.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks, transformers, and neural network architectures.
- Research Track Record: A proven history of publishing in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) or delivering significant improvements to open-source models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex mathematical and algorithmic problems under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
