Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end research lifecycle for Project 2026, from hypothesis generation to production deployment.

- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and legal to ensure ethical AI deployment.
- Author and publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) to establish industry thought leadership.
- Optimize large-scale training pipelines to ensure efficiency and scalability on modern GPU clusters.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning research or applied AI roles, with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading research initiatives from concept to prototype.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or CUDA.
