Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of advanced research projects focused on the Year 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Develop and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning architectures and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into scalable production environments.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at leading global conferences.
- Ensure all research adheres to the highest standards of ethical AI and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development within the AI/ML industry.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, or reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
