Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Develop novel training and inference techniques to reduce latency, improve accuracy, and lower operational costs.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in our engineering team.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product teams to translate theoretical research into production-grade AI features that impact millions.
- Publication: Author high-impact papers for top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) to establish industry thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research and production deployment.
- Tools & Tech: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle ambiguous technical problems with creative algorithmic solutions and robust engineering practices.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation, research papers, and cross-functional presentations.
