Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks for autonomous robotics systems.
- Research & Development: Lead research initiatives into emerging paradigms such as embodied AI, LLMs, and reinforcement learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in high-stakes environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers to integrate software with robotic hardware stacks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for the engineering team.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for performance-critical applications.
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and computer vision.
