Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap for AI integration across all business units.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (e.g., Autonomous Agents, Synthetic Data) and evaluate their feasibility.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align AI initiatives with broader corporate goals and profitability targets.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to upskill teams on future-proof skills and AI literacy.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of next-gen AI platforms and infrastructure.
- Develop ethical frameworks and governance models to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, AI product management, or advanced technology consulting.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in AI Ethics or similar is a strong plus.
