Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical vision for AI evolution, defining the stack and methodologies for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D in Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent frameworks to ensure our technology leads the market.
- Strategic Implementation: Translate complex research findings into scalable, production-ready software solutions that drive business growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to align AI capabilities with broader business goals.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems. Familiarity with quantum computing architectures is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering complex AI systems from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
