Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and technical roadmapping for autonomous agents and advanced generative AI models.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mentor a diverse team of AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver high-impact projects on time.
- Research & Development: Oversee the exploration of novel algorithms, ensuring they meet scalability and safety standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and accountable.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with academic institutions and industry leaders to stay ahead of emerging trends.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and executing them successfully.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- US Citizenship: Must be a US citizen or possess a valid Green Card to comply with project security requirements.
