Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the creation of a comprehensive AI product and technology roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Strategic Visioning: Anticipate industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a market leader in the AI sector.
- Executive Communication: Articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in and driving alignment across the organization.
- Resource Allocation: Lead the strategic planning and budgeting process for AI R&D initiatives and talent acquisition.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor AI capabilities to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales to ensure seamless execution of strategy.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technical organization.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in technology strategy, product management, or AI leadership roles.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, multi-faceted business problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
