Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Optimize model inference performance for edge and cloud deployment environments to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Lead architectural decisions for large-scale data processing, storage, and retrieval systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer products seamlessly.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and rigorous bias mitigation in model training and validation.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies, methodologies, and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and RAG pipelines.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models that handle high concurrency.
