Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural vision for scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and future trends.
- System Design: Design high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive data throughput and complex neural network computations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide the team in adopting best practices for cloud-native architectures and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model inference and training pipelines to maximize efficiency and reduce latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure adherence to industry standards for data privacy and AI ethics.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex scalability and performance issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
