Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines for production-grade applications.
- Model Development: Lead the fine-tuning and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve state-of-the-art accuracy in niche domains.
- RAG Implementation: Engineer advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ensure data privacy and factual accuracy.
- Research & Experimentation: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate novel architectures (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion models) into our stack.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs significantly.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and AI governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Transformer architectures, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with elegant algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for cross-functional teams.
