Responsibilities

- AI Research & Development: Lead the exploration of advanced machine learning models, including Generative AI and Large Language Models, to drive innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous analysis of emerging tech stacks to ensure our architectural decisions align with long-term scalability and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically about future trends and prepare infrastructure for upcoming technological shifts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
