Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the architectural design for our 2026 product suite, focusing on AI integration, quantum-ready cloud infrastructure, and next-gen user interfaces.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems capable of handling billions of transactions with zero latency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions to ensure best practices.
- Innovation: Research emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential for integration into our core roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML model deployment, microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and optimize performance under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
