Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Architecture: Design and oversee the core technical strategy for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum-ready algorithms, and Edge Computing.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting rigorous code reviews.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements and refactor legacy systems to align with the 2026 roadmap.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading large-scale technical projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI & ML: Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, NLP, and neural network architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex architectural challenges and make data-driven decisions.
