Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep neural networks for high-traffic production environments.
- Lead the architecture of the Project 2026 data pipeline, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and real-time processing capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency to reduce computational costs.
- Conduct rigorous research and experimentation with the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Monitor model performance in production and implement strategies for continuous improvement and retraining.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a related data science role.
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- In-depth knowledge of statistical modeling, MLOps practices, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI models that impact business metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
