- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize gas efficiency and reduce transaction latency for the global network.
- Security Audits: Conduct rigorous code reviews and collaborate with security experts to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Tech Leadership: Mentor junior developers, establish coding best practices, and contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Integration: Develop integrations with major DeFi protocols and cross-chain bridges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused specifically on blockchain or distributed systems.
- Core Skills: Expert proficiency in Rust and Solidity, with a deep understanding of the EVM and Web3 standards.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying complex smart contracts on Ethereum or similar Layer 1 networks.
- Tools: Experience with tools like Foundry, Hardhat, and AWS infrastructure.
